Though the temperature was a brisk 9 degrees Celsius, the queens of Bollywood still arrived in style foregoing cocktail dresses for traditional saris. Stars like Kareena Kapoor and Rani lit up the red carpet with red, pink, and green drapes decorated with shining jewels, while Aishwarya Rai opted for a classic black, backless evening gown. She was dressed by Best Costume Designer winner Vikram Phadnis.
