Indian Employment Still Booming
According to the results of Manpower’s Global Employment Outlook Survey, India has topped the list of expected additional recruitment for the upcoming quarter. 41% of employers surveyed said they were expecting to hire more people between July and August, while 7% said they would be reducing their workforce, still leaving India at an impressive 34% Net Employment Outlook. Additionally, all seven industries that took part in the survey all said they would be increasing their workforce, with the biggest increase expected to occur in finance, insurance, and real estate (41%). Other expanding industries include construction (40%), manufacturing (34%), and public administration (34%).
