Dubai police have reported that the urine test results for Indian fashion designer Prasad Bidappa have come out positive, indicating that there was some chemical substance in Prasad when he was arrested for marijuana possession at the Dubai airport earlier this month. Authorities are still trying to figure out whether Bidappa’s marijuana was for personal use or for sale, the latter of which can result in imprisonment for two to 15 years. Bidappa has been detained in Dubai for over 10 days now, and Prasad’s friends have started to enlist the assistance of their Dubai contacts to help him come home.
