Indian tennis sensation Sania Mirza lost her second round singles match to Russian Svetlana Kuznetsova at Wimbledon today, with a total of 35 winners to Kuznetsova’s 38. Sania managed to hold her own in the match, making the much-higher ranked Kuznetsova work for her win, but unfortunately couldn’t seal the deal. This comes after her loss in the doubles event yesterday, when she and partner Anna Chakvetadze were defeated by Alina Jidkova and Tatiana Perebiynis.
