Wipro chairman Azim Premji urged India’s leaders to transform the country into a developed nation and increase its growth rate past today’s leading countries, during a keynote address at a CII conference in Bangalore. Premji stated that India could grow at an average six percent, surpassing Italy, Germany, and France sometime between 2015-2025 and past Japan in 2032. He went on to say that India should utilize its large youth population, the largest of all developing countries, which could achieve unprecedented economic growth.
