In an interview with Hindustan Times, small-screen superstar Shekhar Suman said he had “no hesitation” in expressing that the casting couch is real in Bollywood, and that those willing to “raise [their] skirt or saree might get unexpected offers.” He noted that force isn’t used. Additionally, Suman commented on the recent Salman Khan controversy, stating that many Bollywood personalities have a connection with the crime underworld, but wouldn’t go as far as to say that Khan himself does. The next step for Suman is a play by Dr. Rahi Masoom Raza.
