Pornography Killing Indians’ Sex Life?

According to a poll on HindustanTimes.com, a large majority of Indians feel that the rise of pornography is ruining their sex life. 25-year-old marketing executive Rajesh Kashyap says that trouble can start when a partner is expected to perform the same sex acts as stars do in porn videos, but can’t; which in turns makes the partner feel inadequate. One woman reports her ignorance to her husband’s porn addiction ruined her marriage - she didn’t interfere until one day she caught him having cybersex with a “chat friend” and promptly left him. A man addicted to pornography may find himself bored with “real” sex, longing for the acts depicted in adult videos, and in turn his relationship suffers.

Kashyap says, “Porn cannot be the basis of a healthy sex life.”
