Aishwarya Rai and Krithik Roshan in Akbar the Great
Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan will co-star for the first time in Ashutosh Gowarikar’s new film Akbar the Great, in which Roshan will play the title character. It also marks the first time that Aishwarya and Ashutosh work together, and the two had nothing but praise for each other. Rai said she appreciated the careful research Gowarikar conducts for his films, while Gowarikar said he casted Ash for her “elegance, dignity, and classical face.” Ash will be playing Princess Jodha.
