Dev Anand to Write Autobiography
Bollywood veteran Dev Anand recently announced that he will be writing an autobiography, chronicling over 60 years of the die-hard actor’s life. Anand, who’s known for writing and directing countless movies regardless of their box-office performance, says the book will begin with his arrival in Mumbai in 1943 from Lahore, covering his journey throughout his career, as well as India’s conversion from a British colony. He says he’ll start penning it after the release of his new film, Mr. Prime Minister, in October.
