Indian wicketkeeper/batsman Dhoni has rocketed to the number 3 spot in the international ODI rankings, finally displacing Australia’s dominance of the top three spots.

Adam Gilchrist remains top, followed by captain Rickey Ponting, with Andrew Symonds slipping to fourth.
